Why this route is built this way
West in the morning, east in the afternoon
O'Sulloc and Jusangjeolli are reached before the midday coach traffic, and the east-side stops are timed around the one fixed moment of the day: the haenyeo show at 14:00 on the shore below Seongsan Ilchulbong.
Both UNESCO sites of the east
Seongsan Ilchulbong and the Manjanggul lava tube are both part of the Jeju Volcanic Island and Lava Tubes World Heritage site. Manjanggul admission is included; the Seongsan summit ticket is optional and paid on site.
Lunch where the village is
Lunch is at Seongeup Folk Village itself, so the 70-minute stop covers both the meal (own expense) and a walk through the thatched-roof lanes.
A clear finish
The bus returns to the same three points in Jeju City. Guests who want to stay in town can get off at Dongmun Market on the way; there is no waiting or re-boarding there.

- Three designated pickup points in Jeju City, in this order: Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel 07:30 → Jeju International Airport (3rd floor Departures, Gate 3) 07:45 → Shilla Duty Free (Jeju Store) 07:55. The bus departs from Shilla Duty Free.
- Please wait outside at the curb, 5 minutes before your time: on the street in front of the Ocean Suites main entrance; outside the 3rd-floor Departures hall at Gate 3; on the street in front of the Shilla Duty Free main entrance. The bus cannot wait for guests inside a lobby or terminal.
- Your guide confirms the pickup by WhatsApp or LINE the day before.
- Drop-off at the same three points around 17:00–17:30. An optional drop-off at Dongmun Market is offered on the way back (no waiting or re-boarding).
- Moderate. O'Sulloc, Seongeup and Hamdeok are flat. Jusangjeolli has steps down to the viewing deck. Manjanggul is about 2 km in and back on a damp, uneven cave floor at 11–13 °C, so bring a layer.
- The Seongsan Ilchulbong summit climb is optional: about 25 minutes each way on steep stairs. Guests who do not climb have free time in the free-access area at the base.
- Not suitable for wheelchair users. Infant car seats are not available on this shared bus.
- The haenyeo show is held once a day at 14:00 on the Umutgae shore below Seongsan Ilchulbong: the divers sing and dance, then go into the sea to dive. It is outdoors and cancelled when the sea is too rough.
- On days the show is cancelled the tour visits the Haenyeo Museum in Hado-ri instead (admission included). On a public holiday when the museum is also closed, the time is added to the Seongsan stop and you are told in the morning.
- About 70 minutes at Seongeup Folk Village, including lunch at a local restaurant in a thatched-roof house (own expense). Black pork, seafood and vegetarian options are available.
- Bring cash or a card for lunch, the O'Sulloc café and the optional Seongsan summit ticket.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Runs Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, except dates reserved for the cruise-passenger tour.
